DOGOOD LOYALTY PROGRAM
DoGood is a purpose-driven loyalty program designed to reward customers while giving back to charity partners aligned with the brand’s key initiatives.
The program supports Mental Health, Women’s Sport, and U23 Cycling, with 1% of every order donated to charity partners, embedding social impact into the ecommerce experience.
I lead the development and rollout of the DoGood loyalty program, defining the structure and customer benefits. We found that our requirements for a loyalty campaign were rather specific, therefor the program was built internally with the use of various Shopify apps and flows. Alongside the development I headed the launch and comms strategy for the program across email, paid ads and social.
Within the first 12 months, DoGood raised $88K+ for charity partners, balancing customer loyalty, brand values, and commercial outcomes.
