BLACKOUT SALE
The Blackout Sale was the brand’s Black Friday Cyber Monday campaign for 2025, designed to cut through a highly saturated sale period while delivering a positive and seamless ecommerce experience.
I lead strategy and execution of the campaign in close collaboration with the Art Director, delivering cohesive assets and communications across website, email, and paid ads which were managed internally by myself.
To elevate customer experience our web developer was engaged to roll out customised website updates. The result was a multi-part campaign that ran for a month which included customised landing pages, sign up forms, pop ups, giveaways, early access and a tiered discount sale.
Cross-functional collaboration with Operation and Customer Service teams ensured we monitored stock availability and adjusted discount strategies when required, as well as ensuring any experience issues were flagged and addressed early.
The sale exceeded both target and stretch targets, resulting in the biggest sale in the brand’s history.
